Chase Ultimate Rewards (UR) are some of the most valuable credit card points you can earn. One of the best ways to use these points is to redeem them for flights in premium cabins. While you do get a small bonus of 1.25 or 1.5 cents per point when booking travel through the Chase portal, you'll get a much better value for these points by transferring them to an airline partner program and then booking the flight with airline miles.
In this guide, we'll show you step-by-step directions on how to transfer your Chase points to airline partners. We'll also let you know which cards are eligible for such transfers, which airline programs you can transfer the points to, and how long it takes for the transfer to take place.

What Airline Partners Can I Transfer Chase Points to?
Chase has 10 airline partners to which you can transfer your Ultimate Rewards points. Some programs are better than others, which we highlight as our blue-chip airline programs. However, there can also be value in some of the other transfer partners depending on where you are looking to travel. All programs transfer at a 1:1 ratio and require you to transfer in 1,000 point increments (i.e. 1,000 Chase points = 1,000 airline miles). Here's the full list:
Once you complete the following steps, your points should transfer instantaneously for nearly all airline programs. However, there are two programs to watch out for, where transfer times can take up to 48 hours.
Air France/KLM Flying Blue: 1 hour
Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer: up to 48 hours
If you have a flight in mind, it's always best to put your flight on hold before making the transfer to ensure that your flight will still be available by the time the transfer clears. We're here to assist you with this process so feel free to start a chat with one of our award travel experts.
